Before joining Personal Utvelgelse, Bendik worked internationally at Bloomberg in London and IBM in Dublin, gaining strong financial, analytical and technological insight. This experience, combined with years in executive search, gives him a deep understanding of the commercial, operational and strategic drivers that shape leadership needs in SMBs, scale-ups and industrial companies.
At PU, he has led the firm’s development of services within executive search, organisational design and governance advisory. He brings high capacity, strong business acumen and a direct, honest advisory style that helps clients make confident decisions at critical moments.
Bendik is certified in several psychological assessment tools, including NEO-PI-3, CFT 20-R, TOP, BOMAT and D2-R. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School (USA) and a B.Sc. in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
